Refund Policy

At Wowidays Hospitality and Tourism Private Limited, we strive to provide the best travel services and customer satisfaction. However, in case of cancellations or changes, refunds will be processed as per the policy mentioned below.


1. General Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only in case of eligible cancellations as per the cancellation policy of Wowidays and the respective service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other vendors.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.


2. Refund Processing Time

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation approval. In some cases, refunds may take longer depending on airline, hotel, or third-party supplier policies.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Registration / Booking amount

  • Visa fees

  • Travel insurance

  • Convenience fees

  • Processing fees

  • Government taxes

  • Airline cancellation charges

  • Hotel cancellation charges

  • Any non-refundable promotional bookings


4. Refund in Case of Cancellation by Customer

Refund amount will be calculated after deducting:

  • Cancellation charges

  • Service charges

  • Taxes

  • Third-party cancellation charges (airlines, hotels, transport etc.)

  • Visa and documentation charges

Remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to the customer.


5. Refund in Case of Cancellation by Wowidays

If a tour or service is cancelled by Wowidays due to operational reasons, insufficient bookings, or unavoidable circumstances, customers will be eligible for:

  • Full refund OR

  • Credit note for future travel

However, visa fees, insurance, and third-party charges are non-refundable.


6. No Refund Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • No show for the tour / hotel / flight

  • Unused services during the trip

  • Early departure from the tour

  • Late arrival

  • Visa rejection

  • Natural disasters

  • Political disturbances

  • Flight delays or cancellations by airline

  • Medical emergencies

  • Any force majeure event


7. Force Majeure

No refund shall be provided for cancellations or changes caused due to circumstances beyond control such as:

  • Natural calamities

  • War

  • Pandemic

  • Government restrictions

  • Flight cancellations

  • Strikes

  • Political unrest

In such cases, refunds will depend on the policies of service providers.


8. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Original payment method

  • Company credit note (if applicable)

Cash refunds will not be provided.
