Legend has it that Jatayu tried to save Sita (wife of Lord Rama) when Ravana, a demon king, was abducting her in his airborne chariot. He is said to have fought valiantly and fallen on these rocks, grievously injured. Later proceed to Kovalam. In the evening 6.30 pm - 7.30 pm Meet & Greet programme & 7.30 onward star our Beach party .overnight stay at hotel.
