Terms and Conditions – India & World Tours

Dear Guest(s),

We make every effort to provide you with the best services in a pleasant, friendly and homely atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a safe and secure journey to the best of our ability without any misunderstandings between your good-selves, Wowidays Hospitality and Tourism Pvt. Ltd. and the tour leaders. We believe in forgiveness, gratitude, positive attitude and innovation and at times even go beyond legal formats to ensure that all the issues of guest/s are resolved in timely and friendly manner.

The Terms and Conditions given hereunder and on our website, the tour registration form, any other printed material and brochures together form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. Guests are required to read, understand and sign acceptance of all Terms and Conditions before registering for any tour.

Short Title, Extent and Commencement

These Terms & Conditions shall be called Wowidays Hospitality and Tourism Pvt. Ltd. – Terms & Conditions.
Terms extend to whole of India and World Tours organized by Wowidays Hospitality and Tourism Pvt. Ltd.
Terms come into force from 1st December 2019 and remain in force until modified.

Definitions

Brochure – World Showcase published by Wowidays.
Company – Wowidays Hospitality and Tourism Pvt. Ltd. and its divisions.
First day of tour – Begins at any time depending on arrival.
Force Majeure – Events beyond control like war, riots, epidemic, natural calamity, strikes, airline cancellation etc.
Group Tours – Tours conducted in groups with similar services.
Guest – Person in whose name booking is made.
Independent Contractor – Hotels, airlines, transport providers etc.
Meal – Breakfast, lunch, dinner, packed food or snacks.
Tour – Domestic or International tours organized by Wowidays.
Tour Leader – Person designated to guide guests during the tour.

Scope of Activity

Wowidays coordinates all services of the tour such as hotels, airlines, transport etc. The company selects service providers but does not control their operations. Therefore, Wowidays is not responsible for any loss, injury, delay, damage or accident caused by third-party service providers.

Brochure / Website / Mobile App

Wowidays reserves the right to:

Change itinerary
Change hotel
Change departure date
Change tour tariff
Change number of nights
Modify tour program

These changes can happen before or after booking or even during the tour.

Booking Terms

Booking Acceptance

Guest signature on booking form or payment of registration amount means acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.

Online Booking

Online booking is processed after payment and subject to seat availability.
All disputes related to online booking fall under Hyderabad jurisdiction.

Participation in Tour

Payment of registration amount does not guarantee services until full tour payment is made.

Minimum Booking Requirement

Tour will operate only if minimum 20 guests are booked.
If less than 20 guests:
- Tour may be merged
- Tour may run without tour leader
- Additional surcharge may apply
- Tour may be cancelled

If cancelled, guests get refund after deducting taxes and visa fees.

Health and Medical Conditions

Guests must be medically fit to travel.
If any medical issue occurs during tour, guest is responsible for medical expenses.
No refund will be given if guest leaves tour due to health issues.

Insurance

Tour cost may not include insurance.
Guests are advised to take travel insurance covering:

Medical
Accident
Hospitalization
Legal expenses

Wowidays only facilitates insurance and is not responsible for claim settlement.

Payments

Registration Amount

Non-refundable
Interest free

Balance Payment

Must be paid 45 days before departure.

Late Payment

Interest 18% per annum on delayed payments.

Tour Tariff Changes

Tour price may increase due to:

Airfare increase
Fuel surcharge
Visa fees increase
Currency fluctuation
Hotel price increase

Guest must pay increased amount before departure.

Airlines

Wowidays is not responsible for:

Flight delay
Flight cancellation
Overbooking
Meal quality
Baggage loss
Seat allocation
Boarding denial
Airline schedule change

Any additional cost due to flight delay must be paid by guest.

Passport & Visa

Guest must ensure:

Passport validity minimum 180–365 days
Enough blank pages
Correct visa
Correct documents
Correct visa details

Visa approval is sole discretion of Embassy.
Wowidays is not responsible for visa rejection or delay.

Itinerary Changes

Wowidays can change itinerary due to:

Weather
Political issues
Flight changes
Force majeure
Supplier issues
Road conditions
Government rules

No compensation for missed sightseeing due to such reasons.

Hotels

Rooms mostly twin sharing
Triple sharing may be rollaway mattress
Single occupancy extra charge
Check-in / Check-out as per hotel rules
Mini bar, laundry, phone etc not included in tour cost

Any hotel damage must be paid by guest.

Meals

Mostly vegetarian meals
Set menu
Packed meals at some places
No special diet guaranteed
No refund for missed meals

Baggage

Guests are responsible for their baggage at all times.
Wowidays is not responsible for baggage loss or damage.

Cancellation Charges

Refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Tour Cancellation by Wowidays

If Wowidays cancels the tour:

Guest will get refund
Taxes and visa fees will be deducted

No Refund Policy

No refund for:

Missed meals
Missed sightseeing
Unused services
Visa rejection
Natural calamities
Political issues
Flight delays
Guest leaving tour midway
No show on Day 1

Right of Admission

Wowidays reserves the right to:

Cancel booking
Remove guest from tour
Change tour services
Change itinerary
Change hotels
Change flights
Cancel tour

Liability and Responsibility

Wowidays liability is limited only to making reservations.

Company is not liable for:

Injury
Death
Accident
Theft
Loss
Flight delays
Natural disasters
Political issues
Hotel issues
Airline issues
Baggage loss
Visa rejection
Missed sightseeing

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Hyderabad Court jurisdiction only.
